Raspberry Limeade *sour face*
2/3 cups fresh lime juice
1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 cups raspberries (6 ozs) fresh or frozen (thawed)
3 cups seltzer
Ice Cubes
Mix sugar and lime juice in a large pitcher, stir to help dissolve sugar. Place berries in a fine-mesh sieve over a bowl. Use a rubber spatula to press over the berries, extracting the juice and some pulp while leaving the seeds behind. Stir into pitcher. Just before serving stir in the seltzer, pour over ice!

Cucumber Sandwich
1 medium cucumber
1/2 cup cider vinegar
1 cup water
8 ozs cream cheese
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 teaspoon onion salt
1 loaf sliced white bread
Finely chop cucumber and mix into the cider vinegar and water. Soften cream cheese and add enough
mayonnaise to it to create a soft, fluffy spread. Add onion salt, garlic powder and/or any other seasonings that you desire. Spread mayo mix onto bread, add cucumbers, and cut into triangles.
