College Life..and freshmen 25

So we all know it started out as the dreaded Freshmen 15 it has suddenly changed to the Freshmen 25.  With more snacks at our hands like chips and candy and soda. We can turn those into healthy stuff those (i know lately I'm getting very recipish on here).  At Albright we have meal plans...AWESOME! Okay every college has meal plans but still...So we pick up a salad and light ranch dressing instead of a hamburger and loads of ketchup and fries.  Tip 1~Avoid eating unhealthy Cafe food.
Parties are another thing I'm sure some if not most of us will be doing sometimes.  Albright is not a dry campus either.  Or so I've heard, but the Admin still make the frosh and sophomores sign a paper stating they will have no alchol on campus, or something like that.  Tip 2~Avoid drinking excessive amounts of alcohol. 
If your anything like me, you'll want to take a nap sometime during the day.  So most likely i will be doing some of my studying late at night.  I most likely will turn to caffeine and chips to keep me awake.  Caffeine, fine.  Chips not so much, they are greasy and salty.  Same with pizza, it's greasy. It can add a whole bunch of weight.  Tip 3~Avoid eating late at night (hard one for me)
Tip 4~don't keep unhealthy snacks in your dorm room. However i know none of us are gonna follow that one, we all will want to splurge every now and again.
