Summer Recipes!
Shrimp and Veggie Stir Fry
1 cup cooked brown rice
3 oz Shrimp
1/2 cup frozen broccoli
1/2 cup frozen red or green pepper strips
1 tbsp. Canola Oil
1 tbsp. low sodium soy sauce

Directions:   Pour oil in a wok pan (or medium-sized frying pan) and heat on medium heat for 1-2 minutes. Add shrimp and cook for about 3-5 minutes, flipping shrimp occasionally. Toss in frozen broccoli and pepper strips and cook for another 5 minutes or until veggies have thawed, while adding in low-sodium soy sauce. Serve over rice and enjoy!

Pink Grapefruit "Margaritas"
2 tbsp. colored sanding sugar
1 lime
6 tsp. pomegranate syrup or grenadine
1 1/2 cups of pink grapefruit juice


Directions:   

1. Place sanding sugar in a shallow dish or plate. Slice six thin rounds from the middle of lime; set aside. Rub lime wedge around rims of six glasses; dip each rim in sugar to coat. Pour 1 teaspoon pomegranate syrup into bottom of each glass.
2. Place grapefruit juice and 2 cups ice cubes in a blender. Process on high speed until ice is crushed. Pour frozen mixture into glasses, and stir to combine with syrup. Garnish with reserved lime rounds, and serve immediately.

i'm in love with my ex.  it's been almost 1 year since we broke up and i'm still in love with him.  i guess you never get over your first.  shit, i'm screwed because i really like someone else.  Steven S.  But my first love yea he is really hard to get over.

old friends, new places

I remember when she wasn't that pretty, when all we did was sit and laugh didn't matter what it was.  Now we just gossip and she's a bitch to everyone even her own best friend.  But it's not gossiping about other girls, well we do sometimes, but we gossip about each other.  It's sad when people you were once best friends became people you once knew.  I hate it.  I hate the feeling graduating  and knowing i may never get to see these people again.  I also hate knowing that we are all growing up and discovering ourselves, some grow up to be not so nice.  I just hate that feeling.  But i guess we all have to go our separate ways. :(

Shopping, Prom, and Graduation oh and Bin Laden

So our prom was this past weekend, a weekend full of dancing and sex.  what fun!  instead i spent my weekend shopping.  Now graduation is 5 weeks away,  i can't believe it.  I'm actually starting to get nervous.  I know I'm stereotyping prom night, but i just know my school.  Although i like the people who got prom king and queen!

So i don't know if you guys heard but OSAMA BIN LADEN is dead, finally.  It's about time! GO AMERICA!!!!!!!!
